Shin Godzilla is one of my favorite Godzilla films, one of the reasons is because Shin fully appears only 13 minutes in, compared to the over 30 minutes in the Showa films (at least the ones I've seen) and that it was the only Godzilla film that scared the shit out of me and blew my mind not only due to his appearance but also his ability to drown an entire city in a sea of nuclear fire.
