Many years ago before Irwin came to the Crystal forest, a young man named Marmur was traveling through to return home with his family on a trade expedition for their village. But bandit struck their party soon ending their lives while stealing their earthly possessions. While his family moved on, he became a ghost forever mourning his family's death and cursing all bandits. When Irwin came he found the lost spirit and saw the anger and sadness in his heart. Irwin then offered him a chance to save others and become a guardian of this large forest. Marmur accepted and thus his mask and weapon were crafted by the powers of both the mage and the best blacksmith across the land. The mask empowering him giving him form and strength he could only dream of when he was alive. But the mask was his power and should it leave him, so does all the power it grant making him weak form before becoming a ghost once again. Now Marmur watches over the crystal forest with his glowing blue eyes keeping watch on all travelers.
