Contest entry 2/2 for CasArtss on DeviantArt --> 2300 points+ contest

Since I took an emotional theme in the last one, I decided on an atmospheric one on this entry. A spooky forest, since forests are the most prominent in the comic so far I thought it would fit. Again a traditional and digital mix for this one.
I chose the purple for the sense of mystery and darkness, also why I added the misty stuff. Coincidentally enough, red and blue make purple, and the characters are red and blue in a sense. I just thought that was funny.
It's hard to see, but the characters are looking at each other.
I got inspired to draw these two when I read what little info they have, saying that they "work together for an unknown goal and reason". Hence the mysterious atmosphere around them.
