This is an old ipiece of mine, done around January of this year.
I have depicted the symbol of the Peacock, and the symbol of the Tarot n 21, the World, with the Tetramorph present.
I thought the connection between the two symbols was personal, but 2 weeks ago, I brought a book about the romanic churches of Spain. Those churches were healing places, and the capitals of the column were a trasposition of a gregorian chant's notes. The animals of stone were similar to the allegoric codes for notes used in India, back in time. The transposition was right, since the notes seemed to correspond to the Chant called Iste Confessor.
Well, the Peacock was the king of the musical scale, and sometimes it takes the place of the man/angel in the Tetramorph succession in the biblical Ezekiel's vision.
tl;dr - Symbols are just everywhere, man.
Art is copyghted to me
