This is Wildheart, my warrior cats oc, who is directly based off of my pet cat in real life. In real life, his name is Chuck and he is 16 years old now. I am writing a fanfiction about him as a tribute to him and how much I love him. He has survived many things; we moved once from Connecticut to Florida and left him with family temporarily, intending to come back to get him after a few months, but he got out and I think went searching for us. It was winter, and he wasn't seen once. In spring he was seen walking through the neighborhood, but my family member was not able to catch him because he always ran away from everyone. Soon spring was over and he was still lost. My father went up north and went searching for him, and right when he was about to quit my dad saw Chuck running up to him from behind some neighbor's house, meowing frantically. He scooped him up in his arms and we brought him home. He was skin and bones and starving, and we nursed him back to health. We also regretted leaving him behind, we just didn't think he would run away like that and sincerely avoid everyone except us when we finally were ready to bring him with us.

So in honor of him and his amazing adventure, which I often try to write about, I drew this picture of him in the snow with the forest mountains in the background. The story being written about him actually happens to take place during this time when my family moved as well.
