One funny thing: Evora was launched in July 2008, right? In my country I get the "Top Gear" magazine with plenty of translated tests from the UK version and gues what - there was no article on the new Lotus. Null. And my other moto-magazines are no better. As for the Cayman I checked all my magazines since july '08 and I have 6 test including it. Hope they'll do something about that in the upcomming 13 series of TV Top Gear

Whoa, the US spec. version is out?!?! I'm guessing these are the loaner & test drive units that make a tour for the US dealers and car magazine reporters. Last Lotustalk report I saw showed UK units being delivered to the British dealers now.

that is nice, Lotus's are really nice looking, and they handle like a dream. Only complaint is they lack the speed capabilities of a lot of cars, but then again, I don't think you'd be taking it to the races.

Very nice! I have every intention of one day owning a Lotus. Most likely an Elise. I doubt I'll ever be able to afford the Evora.
