A picture for the Hall of Heroes for FM 2017!

Bluefire faces off against Vulan and Mocha. Who's the good guy? Who's the bad guy? Who knows!

I had a sudden urge, right before the deadline, to make up some art to submit. (I may have submitted too late, idk) But I did it! Its done. And its massive. I haven't done something with not only three characters, but A BACKGROUND TOO. Holy shit. I wanted to really push myself with this and I went through three different sketch 'levels' before I finalized it with lines, and even then, I was still tweaking the sketch before I lined it. And after.

Picking colors was a struggle. I wanted to keep them bright and saturated, and between the two brown characters and the purple/blue one, it was hard to find a balance. And the background, fuck. I ended up putting some yellow up in the corner to pull blue out of the background more, but there is probably a better set of colors I could have done. I suck at cohesive palettes, oh well. I think the composition and dynamic poses were a success though, so win some, lose some.
