This is a scene from Woodland Squadon: Foresger Returns, during the epilogue scene.
In this scene, Dudley and Kitty bring their twin babies, Delilah and Karl Puppy to Wolf's Nature Park, where the Foresgers work, and they meet with Ron and Natasha's baby boy, Roy Fox. So two hybrid babies meet another hybrid baby. (Delilah and Karl are half-dog and half-cat, even though they each look mostly like one or the other, while Roy is half-fox and half-rabbit).
