Summer snack- Apple pie with strawberries and ice cream
The apple pie decorated with summer style :3 Here comes the recipe
Ingredients
1 kg (kilogram) apples
4 eggs
3 dl sugar
150 g melted butter
2 dl milk or apple juice
5 dl flour
3 ts baking powder
2 ts vanilla sugar
to the top of the pie

Cinnamon
-Peel the apples and cut them into small chops
-Whisk the egg and sugar into foam
- Whisk slowly and add the melted butter then either milk or apple juice.
- Add dry ingredients i(dough, baking powder and vanilla sugar) into dough.
- Pour the dough to the Pie dish
- Put apples on the pie then sprinkle it with a sugar and cinnamon
- Let the pie fry in the oven for 25-30 minutes with 200 degrees of Celsius (392 Fahrenheit)
- Enjoy the pie with vanilla ice cream and strawberries :)
