To be fair, there's a HUGE difference between fireWORKS and fireCRACKERS. One is meant to explode in the air, while the other is meant to explode on land.

I've always been around folks who called it all fireworks. As far as flight or explosion goes, I noticed states like where I live will let you have both, some states let you have one or the other, and some states don't let you have any of it.
I have relatives on my dad's side of the family who live in Virginia, and I have been told the only thing near a firework you are allowed to have are sparklers...A law like that is what my video link in the description is devoted to.

My older art use to have lines. Now days, I use lineless simply because in real life everything does not have lines around them.

Fair point. I think I like being a cartoonist with my outlines because I get to color my work like a coloring page, and it's not a total representation of real life. Although he didn't use any outlines really, I think Vincent Van Gogh is a very influential artist for modern day cartoonists because he didn't draw what things looked exactly like, he captured how they looked to him and how they made him feel.

Illinois does not allow any sort of flying fireworks or explosives. Spark fountains and jumping jacks are a grey area. All smoke bombs and sparklers are legal.

Um, even the ballon and needle would be banned you wouldn't have anything to do if the government had a say entire body encased in bubble wrap. Swallowing small bits of rubber lodging it in the intestines. Rather be burned by fireworks than have them dig through my gut for a piece of rubber. Being burned alive is faster than months of constipation then a burst bowel or complications due to extensive surgery. Almost forgot about the needle stabbings, heat the needle to carve stuff in flesh not hard just heat over stove. Once you introduce gunpowder to a flame it combusts.
