Handmade from three different fabrics to replicate the look of the real thing. Naturally "grainy" black raw silk mimics the look of nori seaweed wrappers, while white terry cloth adds a texture to the body of the pillow that's visually similar to cut rice after the long roll has been trimmed down to bite size. Ultra soft peach skin applique replicates the glossiness of sushi grade tuna, while top stitching adds the effect of the grain of the fish.
