Depending on how strict your definition is, they already have. It was stated earlier in the comic that these guys have a rep for picking up hookers and demanding sexual favors in return for not being arrested.

Whether the cops wanted to rape the "hooker" or just arrest the "hooker" it still seems really weird to me that they would do it undercover. I mean, when you do it in uniform, you can order the lady into the car and no witnesses would think twice.

Whether they actually arrest the "hooker" once she's in the car or do very despicable dirty-cop things is another matter, of course.

Actually, if you do such a thing in uniform you can be legally charged with so many rules and violations that the ACLU or whatever crappy support organization would go nuts over. You have to grab them off the street or they will get away with the crime. People put so much crap against cops, and this lady and man seem quite a bit shady as well. When you are apart of an organization it seems you can get away with so much more hm, rally a mob against someone who's obviously guilty? My father was in police work, many hookers and pimps got away with so much like this that even if the story says otherwise. They probably had done it.

And just a small note. A hooker in my town got away with this Very same deal a month ago (boyfriend/pimp and all, she was even in a liberation of womans rights!) And guess what? They caught her on camera with a 'patron' Doing it in the car on the street a week LATER!

Well, the diffrence is that in this comic, the girl wasnt a hooker and the guy was not the pimp but her boyfreind and that the Cops intended to rape her/get favours from her and stuff like that. So these are not the good cops in that case and Rumbolt here is the good old fashion cop with values and everything and he would more then lucky to remove those Vice Cops from his Station, because they stained the uniform and the oeath to "Protecte and Serve".

But, thats the thing, this is a comic, not real life, but you know, I ask me if something like this did actaully happen somewhere in real-life.

He Gangsters found out where he lives and wanted to kill him at home, cuz, ya know, he is the Police Captain and brought many people into jail.

Mr. Beller would have won his case, and had the charges expunged from his record. the cops on the other paw, may well have done time. especially if the woman decided to make a big issue of it. not just her feminist group, but her media group too. this would be a great example of winning the lawsuit lottery. Mr. Beller could have been a very much richer Donkey.

The cops got off very lucky in this, since you'd have to stack a jury full of idiots (which admittedly isn't impossible) to find him guilty of assault on cops when they hadn't identified themselves AND were drawing weapons AND had tried to abduct the guy's wife in a public place to set him off in the first place. Plus the media frenzy that would have been set off with splashy headlines about how their own vice president was assaulted by crooked cops would have just ruined any hope of getting by for those cops at that point even if some idiot jury didn't convict them.
