(1987) 11" x 14" pencil on paper (photocopy.) The origin of the plot for what would become The Bottom End comic strip, a big draft horse as the chivalrous bouncer at a bar/club. I threw away the Sylvester Stallion moniker and named him Jon. I liked the very simple three-letter spelling, taken from the character in Watchmen.
