Finalized version of Uluri's Wtch Outfit.
So, I knew I wanted the cape and hat, but for a while I had trouble about the rest. I thought it
was not enough of an outfit with just cape and hat and decided upon lolita dress at the last minute.
I thank everyone who helped me with this during stream. I also got a nifty space suit out of it (will post tomorrow)
