One of my sisters just made the move to Asheville, NC to work on her own music scene. The last time she visited she brought a bunch of new friends of hers forming their own Bluegrass group. A lot of music got played very late during that visit.
For some reason, one of these guys' original songs was called 'Squirrels.' It didn't have any reference to actual squirrels in the lyrics, but it gave me this idea.
Incidentally, I happen to live in one of those areas that have black squirrels as well as grey and red, so I decided to do all three here.
