The following is just me being a statistics nut.


Traveling wise: very light until needed.
Fighting wise: very unique combination with fast swings but sudden surges of weight could cause instant death added by the clasic paralyzing effect of electricity type weapons.
Weakness: Clasic antistatic shïte ... fellow electricity types, Magneto types, earth types. (Using water type would just be very stupid. If ya ain't convinced, try checking out what high voltage bolts do when they see water)

Overall ... you'd probably die when ya get hit so best solution? Run away like hell. Just do it. Don't turn back and push everyone out of the way and hope they stumble and block the Guy's way. Seriously.
