Edit: to elaborate on the colour changing aspects of eyes/iris, fur and markings;
The colour changes are only slightly in hue.
The iris is usually a mellow, light blue, but can range in aqua, azure, dull blue and blue-purple.
The fur and markings constantly change colour thanks to factors such as; available light (much like the nature of irises without pigment, they change colour in this way), cleanliness of the fur, dust, and auras from the fighting type element.

The only consistent colouring are insides (blood, tongue, skin), pawpads and yellow markings (ear stripes, inner ears, cheek pouches and the bolt section of the tail).
