Terms of Service
* I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
* Payment is required within 24 hours of sketch completion. Payment is in USD via PayPal only, sent as "Goods and Services" and marked "No Address Needed"
* Refunds are available under extenuating circumstances but you will be charged for any work completed.
* Sketches will be submitted for approval. Changes to pose and features must be made at this time. I will not edit the initial drawing (this doesn't include color and markings and such) after sketch is approved.
* My art is not to be posted to other galleries except by the commissioner. When posting the work, you must credit me and link back to my page in some form or fashion.
* You may not alter, or pay someone to alter, my work. Sketches and lines may be colored by yourself or by another artist for free, AFTER asking my permission first.
* My art may not be used commercially (i.e. no mass production of shirts and other materials) in a way that makes you money unless I specifically design it that way (i.e. album covers and logos). It may be used for personal tattoos, badges, and other items.
