so I thought that Poison Ivy should be a plant-eating animal. Like a Doe. And Bane would be a bull or horse. Two-face I've always seen as a wolf as well

A doe would work for her too.

Would a coyote work for Bane? I feel he should be another canine due to the issue of him and Batman being half-brothers.

Maybe Two-Face could be a tiger.
