A wannabe superhero who goes around domming others (and getting beaten herself) with the power to fire huge gum wads from various points in her body.
Penny purpletail was a wannabe superhero in the city before it was nuked in the DK universe, she didnt get much action, though became a viral sensation quickly after videos of her beating up thugs in a half naked costume ended up on the internet, and she was a huge meme for like...half a month, then she was never spoken of again. though she still see's herself as a celebrity and she's stuck in her own little world
personality-wise she's all energetic, with a sarcastic tone rather than a giddy one
"Oh yeah, come on! hit me, im suuuuuure you'll take me down >;3 "
-is punching someone "hah, you like that! i hope your hungry cause your about to have a healthy five course meal of justice!"
she's pretty skilled at using her badonkadonk, and feet, breasts, belly, pits & crotch to smother and crush an enemy into submission!
though her gum ability's the real threat, it can be very hard to escape if you dont have a good freezing or heating ability
