You've got a good take on a Tetramand in your style and I don't think I've seen one in a bondage/tickling type picture before, so I wonder if this is the first time?

It definitely looks like he's not too happy with this situation, though with the tools left out it's pretty much the same as when regular instruments of torture might be shown before being actively used in an attempt to break the victim's spirit. The question would be whether he's strong enough to break loose and the character does possess a high degree of physical strength and whether he's most worried if the most attention would be paid to the feet as the usual case or whether they'd take advantage of him having the four arms.

Number two of the requests and it's excellent work again, so now we can look forward and see whose turn it will be with number three and I'm sure will be another good piece of artwork.
