Temporan are a race of reddish foxes from planet Tempora, a hot volcanic planet known for its vast supply of chthonic crystals which the Voluptrian empire needs for its photonic weaponry. Temporan civilization was once primitive, with small tribes living in the jungles and mountains of the planet, but upon the Voluptrian invasion, they have since been thrust into the center of the galactic conflict. Argon forces supply the Temporan with technology and fight along side them in their long struggle to liberate their oppressed planet.

Temporan are resistant to fire and heat, and are most comfortable in warm to hot conditions. They are susceptible to cold and often bundle up in warm clothing while working on ships. The flame on their tail does not burn or generate heat unless a Temporan is angry or frightened. The flame is normally fiery orange, but changes color and brightness depending on their mood. When a Temporan is weak or dying, the flame begins to flutter out.
