Heres a new oc, Caelem (pronounced like salem)! I'll post his first concepts after this

Caelem is the heir to a traditional vampire cult, run by an extensive family that has kept it running by blood with heirs for centuries. Caelem is the result of an affair a short time before, and when the time came to create a new heir it was found out that Caelem was the true first-born, instead of the younger thought-to-be heir sibling. Now Caelem takes his rightful place in the cult with questionable ambitions.
