...How can you fight the dragon if you are the dragon? Er...
There it is, this drawing that took me waaaaayyyy too long to finish. I tried the best I could for this piece, including shading and a background (I had not done one in a while)! I think it turned out rather fine, but I'm mostly happy I got to draw another armor and try to put as much details as I could in this one! Now that it's finally done, I'll be able to resume art trades (sorry for the wait, to those it may concern)!
This piece was inspired by the medieval-themed contest for the upcoming FA United con book! If I won't participate in the contest, seeing that there were very few entries until then still motivated me to try and draw something new! Yay for inspiration, he he!
As always, comments are greatly appreciated!

# Don't be too harsh on my clouds if you comment, I had absolutely no idea as how to do them, so I had fun trying to figure out!

Your colors are really good done, i notice some improvements with the body shape too.
Why for the next pic you'll try to draw the head of your chara not at the side but much at 3/4. It's good to force yourself to do stuffs you not usually do, it's à good way to progress too 😋

Oh my gosh, Lunclaw! This is so intense! Super impressive!! The composition is great, following the rule of thirds perfectedly which naturally draws your attention to the character's face. I can see that an insane amount of work was put into all the intricate details. And the lighting is super nice too.
Also I'm not sure i even know why xP but i really like the way you drew his tail xP its cute cx
Cheers!

Heya! Thanks a lot for the comment!
The rule of thirds... Hmmm... That sounds interesting, he he! I could try to follow it for the next submission, since it was actually unintentionnal here!
And yeah, I've put a decent amount of time to work on this one. I'm glad that you've noticed all the details and the lighting!
As for the tail, I never really knew how to draw it, so... I'm glad that you like it, ha ha!
Thanks again for the nice comment pal, it really encourages me to keep on drawing!
Sincerely,
~Lunclaw
