Well, that depends, really. The collar that Sheema's wearing is the one in control, and whoever's wearing the second one is at her mercy. (Hence the little lock - not justfor show!) So, if she wants her vic...GUEST to taste things, they can. And if she'd prefer for there to be nothing to notice, until they start to notice that they're getting mighty full, it can work that way too.
