Clarabelle acting happy for once.
An essential part of her character is that her outfits always have horizontal stripes somewhere. And there's got to be green in there too. She usually has glasses but I didn't feel like drawin' them. xD

Overall I'm quite happy with how this turned out (shockgasp) The left leg's bugging me but I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Ideas?
