Carl Rivers is an actor. He's a bit of a ditz, but his heart's in the right place. He loves tinkering with his car, with the hopes of entering at the local car show. He works well with Sassy-Tail because he is able to consistently make her come.

Unlike Sassy, Carl's contract was not sold to Chang's company, although he's occasionally loaned for scenes. Chang speculates that Carl's agency wants to hold on to one of the few furs that Sassy gets along with on the set.

Random facts: Carl loves any and all motor sports, cars are all he talks about; Early into his career, he acted in a few gay films. He maintains he's strictly hetero, but that fact is a pet peeve of his.

This and the previous pic gave me horrors as I didn't know exactly how to portray Billy and Carl, both pics ended up being pretty complicated.
