William "Billy" Suttonford is Chang's childhood friend always sticking by him through thick and thin. He's a jack of all trades, with most of his skills coming from his time as a soldier. Always the voice of reason, Billy acts as the foil to most of the studio's employees' antics.

It's not to say that he doesn't have his own problems, fiercely loyal to a fault, if anyone harms his friends he goes after them hard. For four weeks after Trask won his lawsuit against Chang his tyres were slashed almost as soon as he could replace them.

No one mentions the savage beat down he administered to a guy who robbed his favourite cafe.

Random facts: On his off days he likes to tinker on his truck; He cannot function without his morning coffee.
