What the hell is THAT?!

Today it's Natoli's birthay! So it's a little gift for my love :heart:
"What the hell is THAT?! And how I'm suppose to sing it?!"
Few weeks ago Natoli showed me some crazy notes she received from the choir conductor. Even though I have almost no idea about reading notes I was able to notice that there is some really crazy stuff written there. It has inspired me to paint this image putting some more drama into the whole situation

Maybe they'll be too distracted by that toned dragon body to notice the errors. Man I love the way you draw dragons, so muscular and lithe. And the other bits, like ligaments and the skin stretching from limb to torso.....is there even a name for those arcs of skin? (I've always wondered)
