My submission for 
notveryathletic and his sci-fi art contest with a deadline on the 15th so just barely in time I hope X3
Used the Light Suit from Metroid Prime 2 Echoes which in my opinion is my absolute favorite suit! And I did let my character Esmerald wear it and I needed to change some parts of it of course like the helmet or else it would have been..hard to get it on umm yeah and I made a tail armor I thought would fit with the suit as whole.
Drew a classic aero space pirate in the background chasing poor Esma as she is in a rather classic metroid prime pose with one hand on her signature weapon, the power cannon.
Happy about the result and this was a good thing to do during my recovering back to drawing again. God I love space backgrounds <3
PS: What fur texture? Its all suit and armor, none of her fur is shown besides her hair x3 I know its in space and such but hey its fantasy

Looks full of epic awesomeness like always silver onni san ^^ Love the suit in itself even though I've not played the game, guess I'm just a sucker for white armour (I blame the stormtroopers) :P Oh well
Those armour/suit things are hard to draw I've noticed sine I started on my pic for my brother, I donno about you but I found the chozo arm cannon especially hard but you've managed to pull it off quite spectacularly. Yes really

Hooooray for light suits!!!
Spectacular work on the lighting and the long flowing hair too. The atmosphere is really nice though and the space background... omg I loooove it!
