First and foremost: are there any themes you want front and center (besides the obvious mpreg)? Wanting more rapid pregnancy, or just something cute?

Maybe a doggo, a tad encumbered by his baby belly waking up for the morning. He's a bit grumbly at first, but once he sits down for a moment (maybe food or decaff on hand), one of his pups decides to be an early riser and gives him a kick. hich he returns in kind with a rub. Pregnancy has been a bit rough on him, but regardless, he loves his babies, and returns the gesture in kind with a belly rub.
