Very awesome work, man! I love the contrasting colors, here: the semi-muted lime-green contrasts really well with your sona's jet-black, and the dark-brown BG works really well with the subject, quite a good choice there. Also, the shading is fantastic: you were able to keep him looking very black, but still with plenty of detail in the fur showing through. Very cool piece, in my opinion, and quite a neat character. And, of course, dragon/bird-of-prey combo = awesome. At least, I think that's what he is. If I'm wrong, please don't smite me!! Eep!

And, yes, of course, "le boom, heddshotte." Great job, man!

Heh a lot of people asked me already what DaX actually is. He's a dragon roughly said, but his appearence mostley comes from the velociraptors design with a wee bit of fur added too it. Also the neon is a "toxic waste" touch. c:

Ahh.... yeah, I originally thought raptor as in velociraptor, but I thought that was just from reading too much stuff by Eric Garcia ("Anonymous Rex," "Casual Rex"), so I went with birds of prey. Still very cool though, and yeah, toxic waste look is BA. Nice job, man!

Ah, CS3 huh? I have PS Elements 5, but I don't know how different it is from the CS versions ^^;

To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what the differences are either since I never used elements. Though I think every version from Photoshop 7 and higher is somewhat identical with a few more "useless" options. (they're not actually useless, I just never use them myself :P)

Yeah, that makes sense, oh well, no sense worrying about it, just gotta work with what I have ^^
