So, when I saw the wyvern hoodies that royalty did, I knew I was gonna have to put a wyvern in one. Just so happens I had this critter in mind for awhile. This is Tia, also known as lucky 13, the first wyvern from Quae's world to have been brought to sentience. The mage responsible was successful on the 13th attempt, thus lucky 13. She just likes to be a part of everything and is generally just a happy creature. While sentient, she is limited to whistles, humming, and other such vocalizations, but will also communicate through gestures. The name Tia is a shortening of the species Celestial Wyvern, called as such for their bio-luminescent wings that resemble the starry sky.

I just love the idea of Wyvern hoodies, and furry fashion and clothing concepts in general come to think of it.
