Personality:
The almost constant counterpart to Sunset Drift, Snow Cap is an affable enough stallion, though he doesn't talk all that much. Usually his smile and calm demeanor help to make other ponies at ease, though at times it backfires and his quiet comes as offputting to others. When he gets into his massage sessions, however, words flow much more easier for Snow Cap and his steady stream of conversation helps relax his clients and make them more comfortable with the massage process. Despite his quiet nature, Snow Cap can be rather protective when it comes to his sister and generally acts as her shield when she feels nervous or uncomfortable. If Snow Cap senses that a pony makes his sibling anxious, he'll often insist that they vacate the building and suggest a different spa or resort.

Of the two, Snow Cap is less brainy of the two, perhaps a factor towards his being rather quiet.

Personality:
Bright, cheerful, and talkative, Sunset Drift, fondly called 'Sunny' by most who know her and even many clients, is the other half of the coin she and Snow Cap make up. She loves to rave about ponies when they come in, picking out their choice features - whether good skin, smile, humor. Whether or not this is to butter up her clients or she truly likes pointing ponies' best qualities, many are unsure. More cynical ponies take it as the latter, where more easygoing or less confident ponies try and accept the confidence boost. She enjoys offering tips for at home care in addition to her own beauty treatments, as well as maintenance between hooficures and the like.

While few ponies put her at unease, if some despicable seeming pony does happen upon her or acts particularly offensively towards her, Sunny clams up and searches for something or somepony to hide behind and take the attention away from her - usually this somepony is her brother Snow Cap.
