a painting I did last month for my sister 
diaszoom, of her character Ikin
she is a very special person to me, and she inspires and motivates me in many ways, both as person and as artist
for the second, I love how she paints fur. her semi-realism drawings are breathtaking, such pretty anatomy but still so expressive...!
so I tried something a bit experimental, a more realistic aproach of her character, inspired by her paintings!
Ikin is a lion and the king of his hearth. he may be made of iron but he needs some rest too.
he is enjoying some peaceful momment here, I wanted to paint something warm and soothing~
