Sketchbook 001: Dashie
Recently started experimenting with a scanner while hoping I could get better quality representations of my sketches in case I wanted to upload them. You know, sometimes I prefer sketches to digital but could never post them confidently because of low quality. Anyway, because I am a point in my life where I frequently do not have to time/energy to work on art digitally, I decided to post pictures from my sketchbook. Pictures that might not be uploaded digitally will be the main material for this as there are some I want to share anyway. Some will be as WIPs and have a possibility to being digitally colored at a later date.
Anyway, drew this pic of Rainbow Dash back when I was in college. I was experimenting with stylizing ponies, trying to get them different from the show while still looking a fair amount like the character. It was also a practice in doing facial expressions.
All sketchbook uploads have a strong possibility to be moved to scraps at a later date.
