Here is the second of my two swimming pool comic-styled gags, lifted from a back issue of the 'funny animal' APAzine "Rowrbrazzle" - with color for added emphasis...
This time, 'Rob Cat' has switched positions at the municipal pool - from working at the entrance (in the last strip) to being a life guard at the young cubs' pool. As usual, the bobcat has his problems, as he contends with a trio of trouble makers who disobey one of the basic rules of public swimming... only these three take things to the next level! :-O

One of the inspirations for this gag was the old Robert Klein routine about his father determining when you can go into the pool by what you'd eaten... "What did YOU have? Cream cheese and jelly? 20 minutes... What did YOU have? A bologna sandwich? 35 minutes. Oh, with a Kool-Aid? Add 5 minutes more... What did YOU have? Franks and beans? You don't go in this YEAR!"
