This image took forever! This is my first time actually painting leaves with texture and shading instead of just plopping them onto the image without taking the time to give them any detail.

Despite that, I enjoyed drawing this image a lot. Painting leaves wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I think the image turned out decent enough.

But bad news. My ancient tablet's pen broke when I finished this image. It was bound to happen, but it looks like instead of paying $60 for a new pen, I'll be replacing the entire tablet altogether. I replaced the pen three times in the past and I am sick of it. I won't be going for something high-end like a Cintiq, but I just want something sturdy and will last a long time. That'll probably happen in September or October. Til then, enjoy what I am uploading today. One more image to upload.
