This was a local restaurant. Never got the chance to eat here as at best guess it closed sometime in the 1980's. Initially I drew this based on what I imagined the building looked like without any references, but looked up pictures of the place later on. So there are some inaccuracies. The original never had the additions on the left or the tall sign, but I liked the way they looked, so I left them. The wagon wheel on the right is actually a window and there were originally two on each side. And yeah, you entered through the teapot. Below are a couple old pictures I found online of it.

The building was still standing until 2007. Though it was heavily altered by Italian Bistro, a local Mediterranean-themed that occupied the space before the building was razed. In fact, before it was torn down the only identifiable part of the Chuck Wagon left was the curved roof. Applebees bought the property around 2007 and completely leveled it.

Sure this was some interesting design! I did a bit of search for it to learn about the origins (what is a "chuckwagon", I am not from America to know this), I like how that teapot also fits the idea.
Beyond Pinterest I found three additional images, one a blog entry, possibly interesting to read.
http://mchhistory.blogspot.hu/p/mil.....nostalgia.html - this is the blog entry, having some discussion of this restaurant in its comments (the image exists in better quality on Pinterest).
http://www.delawareonline.com/story.....-back/5434019/ - just a not too good image, but well, another one.
http://www.larryanderson.com/artwor.....huckwagon.html - and someone also painted it, using the image you posted as reference.
( https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.co.....58f2f7a4cb.jpg , here is the image of the blog entry, its a pity oldwilmington.net seemingly died off, at least currently it apparently only has a placeholder front page. A frontal image also exists: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.co.....n-delaware.jpg )
It's a pity that no more photos were taken of this establishment, it must have been quite iconic with its characteristic design!

Like many have said before, you're detail is amazing, I really like how the cars in the parking lot are real ones that would have been there in its heyday over the bland cartoony ones most draw.
Thanks for sharing this, I love hearing about these former businesses that were once local icons for their area,
