Two mouths~~~ He speaks with the normal one and nomnoms with the neckmouth. Unless he's at a meeting or something (he's the head adviser to a king) then, for the sake of manners, he uses his normal mouth to heat. He also has to drink through his normal mouth.
And his tailyspikes work like claws and can clamp down on and grab things. derp.
