The 'adoption' was a little tricky. But in short, his still unhatched egg came as a tribute from one of Tarja´s controlled planets. Her daughter like´s to snuggle with the egg and later with the newborn dragon hatchling, who turned out to be sentient and intelligent. So instead a pet he became Ester´s brother.

Thank you again^^ He is indeed in the line of succession, second behind his sister Ester. But with the feudal system that is used in Tarja´s little Empire he already rules successful over two colonies. How this is accepted in the public depends on the respective planet. Because of the already successful rulership is it accepted on these two worlds. Even on other worlds is no open rejection, but suspiciousness and discontent exist. Nothing too much, mainly because he is just on the second place of succession to the throne. Otherwise this may be a little bit more difficult.
