He finally did it, After chasing them all over Louge town, Captain Smoker had finally caught Straw Hat Luffy and Roronoa Zoro. But of course, even with his smokey powers, keeping two of the most notorious pirates in the East Blue would be pretty tough... so, even though it wasn’t really protocol, the Naval officer tore off their clothes and devoured the pesky Straw hats. They were Pirates after all, and turning in their digested remains was just as good for their bounty as turning them in alive
