Finally got this little piece finished. It is a siren from the Starfish galaxy. These three tailed vixens are one of the antagonistic races that fight the Argons on another front not affiliated with the Voluptrian armada. Siren are telepathic creatures that value personal beauty and power above all else. At some point in their chaotic ancient past, the Siren accidentally eradicated their ability to produce males naturally. They now roam the galaxy, abducting and permanently hypnotizing males to their slave armys.

Oh sure! They could come in many different colors. Not all Siren have to be evil, in fact many of them get exiled for being more beautiful than a local queen. They are extremely vain in that way. Exiles have their hair shaved off, a cruel punishment to them, I think their powers are actually amplified through their glowy hair, takes years to grow back.
Ofcorse! Its a survival strategy for their species. A long time ago, they learned they could mind control their males and have them fight wars against rival queens, but when a super weapon was designed to make it impossible for some rivals to produce male offspring, it accidentally spread and now none of their race can, it was written out of their genetics. Now they mate with other compatible races, but so modified is their DNA that they always produce full siren and female, despite the father.
That's very interesting. The super-weapon made it so that no males could be born.
Allow me to ramble on with biology jargon.
Normally, gender is determined at the time of conception, the male XY and the female XX divide and provide 50% probability of determining the gender.
The super-weapon likely eradicated the Y Chromosome, eliminating it from the genetic code of the host species. Like a very bad radiation messing with their DNA. It also heightened their own species in terms of genetics, the genes of the mother dominating any traits from the male to the point of destroying the Y chromosome during conception while still fusing and combining into a female creature.

Yes! Pretty much what the weapon did. Several thousand years later, this race is fairly rare, their far flung galactic domain is nothing but abandoned planets and ruins of a civilization. The few that are left prey on other races, luring men from stations and ships with their hypnotic siren song.
