This character's name is Fang, she is daughter of Shu and Wu of my Legend of Zhathar webcomic series (check out my other work if you want to see who Shu and Wu are). She's not really that important character in the comic (not sure where and when she'll even make appearance) but I had fun drawing this picture. As can be seen from picture, she has a bit of a drug problem.
