Taken at Califur V, poolside, after the fursuit parade.
Funny story, my 28-90 mm camera lens was experiencing Schroedinger's lens, being in a state of acting both funky and not funky. This was especially true when I tried shooting in JPEG format, where the images were either overexposed and blurry, or underexposed and blurry.
This one, though, was shot in Raw format, and it looks alright. Comments, questions, concerns.

It's funny, because I've taken a few pics of the suiters after the parade, poolside, in jpeg because I was aiming to create a panoramic shot in post, and needed to photograph as quickly as possible to combine them as seamless as possible. Unfortunately, the lens refused to cooperate. Funny as how the images came out way better in Raw than in Jpeg for some reason.
I've noticed that the Rebel XTi handles contrast, temperature and saturation way better in RAW than JPEG. And if you aren't using a flash, it's still just fast enough to take a panoramic and fix together with Photoshop. (Lightroom doesn't seem to have a stitching function.)
