Cassandra, the second member of NATO's Team Lynx. Although she lacks the years of experience that many other supers have, she more than makes up with it with the team work she is capable of with the team's leader Evay and her powerful psychic abilities. While Cassandra's psychic talents are still in a very early stage, training and studies on her have displayed that she has a terrifyingly high potential and thus is a very powerful asset to the team.
Here we see Cass' in the specially crafted psychic nullsuit, blocking out external psychic abilities while allowing her to use her own and acting as a physical defense. This is from one of her very first solo missions, a near future event that involved a group of armed minions working for a new speedster criminal in the United States. The speedster was suspected to have been involved with the same super-child terror group that had attacked the city of Vancouver, and of course various governments wanted his little posse of gunners dealt with.
