Pepper is a bountiful Blaziken that comes from Texas, and just exhumed the motto of everything is big in Texas. She's been quite overdeveloped all her life, and just is quite happy in how she handles herself out in the open despite being such an attention grabber. She's rather friendly and will pounce without notice, and considering her shape, that causes some trouble at times.
