Rox ..was a side character in the Street Sharks universe and was in a few episodes at most 3..a rock star poisioned by Dr. Paradyme...some call him the 5th street shark but he still has his fame, and continues to do his own thing.

I love him and recently found his action figure (that was made without a fin!) OMG so in the show he DID have a fin and all that gorgeous black hair..so here he is fin and all... Corel Paint... :D
