Rutar Ricin

He's in charge of the archaeology branch of the Ricin family, and works along side his brother, Forix, and son, Rigan. He was injured back when he was 28, but refused to stop what he loved. He travels with his family to different parts of the world in search of plant fossils as well as in tact skeletons to learn of their diets, and to see how plants have changed over the years.
He has a special eyepatch made with interchangable lights in it for when he's both above and below ground while digging/mining.
