Bolt is one of the 'new generation' of heroes, first appearing as a hero after the 'start' of this particular storyline I have worked out for these characters. He's a speedster but his speed generates an enourmous amount of electricity and at a certain point, he changes to electricity as well to travel great distances very quickly. He can affect other electrical fields or equipment as well. Rather than seeking to hide his powers, Bolt uses his newfound celebrity to fund and support his dream of becoming a rock star.
